We use the same analytical methods trusted by pharmaceutical companies and research institutions worldwide. Here's what each test tells us:
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography
What it does: Separates and measures each component in the peptide sample with extreme precision.
Why it matters: Confirms the exact purity percentage - not an estimate, but a precise measurement of how much of your vial is the actual peptide versus impurities or degradation products.
The gold standard: HPLC is the pharmaceutical industry's primary method for peptide purity verification. If a peptide supplier doesn't use HPLC, they're not serious about quality.
Molecular Structure Verification
What it does: Measures the exact molecular weight and confirms the peptide's molecular structure matches what it should be.
Why it matters: Proves you're getting the RIGHT peptide, not a similar-looking substitute or degraded variant. This is your authenticity guarantee.
Identity confirmation: Without mass spec, you're trusting the supplier's word. With it, you have scientific proof of what's in the vial.
Look for 98%+. This means 98% or more of the powder is the actual peptide. Anything below 95% is questionable quality.
The graph showing peaks. The tallest peak is your peptide. Smaller peaks are impurities. Fewer peaks = cleaner product.
Every COA is signed by Principal Chemist Stephen Schmidt. No signature = not a real COA.
We partner with Freedom Diagnostics, an accredited analytical testing laboratory specializing in peptide verification.
Independent Analytical Testing Laboratory
Why independent testing matters: When a peptide supplier tests their own products, there's an obvious conflict of interest. Third-party testing by an independent lab like Freedom Diagnostics ensures objective, unbiased results you can trust.
Not all peptide suppliers are created equal. Here's how we compare to the competition:
| Feature | Pure Pharm (Third-Party Tested) | Self-Tested Suppliers | No Testing Suppliers |

| Independent Lab Verification | |||
| HPLC Purity Testing | Maybe | ||
| Mass Spectrometry | Rarely | ||
